Sustainable growth
is designed,
not discovered.

I help organisations and individuals turn strategy into growth that actually happens, by aligning execution, leadership, and how work gets done.

How I work

Three layers. One integrated view.

01

Execution

Turning strategy into consistent action. What people actually do, day to day, to deliver results.

02

Operating Model

How work is structured to support execution. The processes, decisions, and rhythms that either enable performance or quietly slow it down.

03

People

Leadership capability, ownership, and behaviour. The multiplier that determines whether everything else actually sticks.

What I do

Where strategy meets the people who execute it

My work spans the full arc, from designing how an organisation should grow to building the operating model that enables it to developing the leaders and teams that make it happen.

01

Commercial Transformation

Sales Excellence programmes that rewire how commercial organisations think, sell, and scale. Sprint-based, structured, and built for adoption rather than just delivery.

02

Operating Model Design

Aligning strategy, sales execution, and customer engagement into a coherent Commercial Operating System so that performance improves by design rather than by chance.

03

Change Leadership

Navigating the uncomfortable middle of transformation where most programmes stall. Stakeholder alignment, process adoption, and making change stick across global organisations.

04

Sales & Growth Enablement

Challenger coaching, pricing strategy, deal support, and capability frameworks that connect commercial structure to consistent, measurable revenue performance.

05

Leadership Enablement

Strengthening the leaders who carry execution. Building confidence, alignment, and accountability across teams navigating complexity and change simultaneously.

06

Growth Diagnostics

Structured diagnosis of complex growth problems, identifying the actual constraints and the highest-leverage interventions across commercial contexts and sectors.

How I think

A few beliefs I return to

"Organisations are complex human systems.
Strategy without execution is just intent.
Real change is owned, not imposed."

Clarity before speed

The best transformations move fast because the direction was set right first. I spend more time than most getting that right.

Operating models reinforce direction

Execution improves when the structures around people reinforce the right behaviours. Willpower is not a strategy.

People are the model

No framework outlasts the culture it lands in. Capability lives in humans, not documents. That changes how I design everything.

Outcomes over activity

Busy is easy. Consequential is harder. I stay focused on the interventions that actually move the needle.

Progress starts with diagnosis

Most growth problems are misdiagnosed. I invest heavily in understanding the actual constraint before designing any solution.

Inclusion is good business

The talent organisations overlook is often their biggest unrealised asset. I believe this and I am building something around it.

Sustainable, not episodic

Growth that depends on heroics does not compound. I help organisations build the operating model for repeatable, durable performance.

Long arcs

The most consequential work takes longer than expected and compounds in ways that surprise people. I am patient about the things that matter.

Philosophy

Strategy only matters when it translates into meaningful, sustainable growth.

I work with leaders navigating complexity to turn ambition into execution that actually sticks, helping organisations move from fragmented initiatives to aligned, coherent progress.

Successful change is grounded in the realities of human systems. Progress happens when people understand what matters, have the capability to act, and take ownership of outcomes.

These are not abstract ideas. They are shaped by experience across transformations that succeeded and those that did not, spanning Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and global environments.

My approach combines systems thinking with a deep respect for culture, identity, and context, ensuring change is not only delivered, but understood, embraced, and sustained.

Background

Over two decades working across B2B commercial environments, most of it at Ericsson spanning Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and global functions based in Stockholm. My work has moved across pricing strategy, commercial management, sales operations, and global change leadership, always at the intersection of strategy and the people who execute it.

I am a Challenger Certified Trainer and Kotter Advanced Change Leader. Combined with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and executive education in Digital Transformation from the Rotman School of Management, I draw on these to help leaders strengthen strategic dialogue, build alignment, and translate transformation into practical execution. This includes leading and supporting transformations across markets, functions, and sales organisations.

Approach

My work focuses on turning strategy into consistent execution.

That means ensuring people are clear on what matters, equipped to act, and supported by structures that make execution repeatable, not dependent on effort alone.

I work in structured phases with clear deliverables, decision points, and feedback loops. Regardless of organisation size, the most meaningful progress happens when ownership is clear and people are empowered to act without unnecessary complexity.

I place strong emphasis on facilitation, because the quality of the conversation often determines the quality of the outcome.

Across my work, three elements are always in play: execution, operating model, and people. Real leverage comes from aligning all three.

Beyond the day job

Beyond my corporate role, I am active across several ventures at the intersection of growth, visibility, and systemic change. You can explore that thinking on the .

Collective Investment

Crystal Pebbles Multipurpose Cooperative Society

A collective investment vehicle co-founded with a group of friends, built on long-term thinking, shared discipline, and the belief that patient capital compounds in ways that short-term thinking cannot. Not a fund. A commitment to building value together, over time.

This is my happy place. A space where I explore problems, connect patterns, and develop ideas across domains. Some of these are active. Others are still taking shape. If anything resonates or sparks a conversation, I welcome it.

Platform

Talent Visibility Platform

A platform to make skills, potential, and lived experience visible and valuable, starting with immigrant talent in Canada and Sweden. The problem is visibility and verifiability, not availability.

Concept

Fintech

Personal Credit Visibility Tool

People accumulate debt not because they are irresponsible but because financial systems lack user-centric clarity. A unified credit dashboard with behavioural nudges and decision support.

Concept

Knowledge

Experience Capital

Organisations repeatedly lose valuable knowledge because it is not captured or leveraged. A framework for treating experience as a structured organisational asset rather than something that walks out the door.

Sales AI Transformation

Sales organisations struggle to translate AI potential into practical, usable capability. An adoption framework that integrates AI into sales workflows, not as a tool added on top but as part of how the organisation actually operates.

Regional Growth Thinking

Having lived and worked across multiple regions globally, I am interested in how growth models that work in one context can be adapted to unlock potential in others. Regional hubs like New Brunswick have real assets. The opportunity is in thinking more deliberately about how those assets connect to a larger growth system.

EdTech

Language Learning Platform

Most language tools do not prepare users for real-world communication. An outcome-based learning system with structured progression, conversational AI, and real-life applicability at its core.

Concept

An open question

What is standing between what is possible and what is actually happening, and could it be something we have chosen not to change?

Better questions are where change begins.
